Practica Legal is a Hamilton-based boutique law practice that specialises in employment law and health and safety law. Located in Hamilton, Practica Legal advises clients both locally and nationally, drawing on deep expertise in disciplinary matters, performance management, medical incapacity, union negotiations, and the interpretation of collective agreements.

Led by Erin Burke, the Director, the firm is recognised for practical, outcome-focused advice and has represented clients at mediation and before the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court. The practice has been a NZ law awards finalist for Employment Law Specialist of the year four years in a row, reflecting its strong reputation in the field.
