Rath & Company is a boutique Canadian law firm based in Alberta that concentrates on treaty rights, Aboriginal rights and environmental law and litigation. Led by Jeffrey Rath, who brings over two decades of experience representing First Nations before courts across Canada, the firm has driven important Aboriginal law developments, including acting as lead counsel in the Mikisew Cree Nation case at the Supreme Court of Canada, which produced a unanimous 9-0 ruling in favor of the First Nation.
