Fees

We are able to offer our clients a variety of privately paying options to fund representation. This includes, fixed fees, stage-by-stage fee agreements and highly competitive hourly rates. We will keep you informed of the cost at each stage so there are no surprises. We can in certain circumstances offer representation on a legal aid basis.

We appreciate that the cost of legal representation is not always affordable, but believe that everyone should have access to high quality legal representation and justice. If you have issues in paying our fees in full at the outset, please speak to us about paying in instalments.

  • R v TG – £40m money laundering. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v JC – £300m MTIC/carousel fraud involving mobile phone trading. Over 100,000 pages of evidence served. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v SA – Representation of a Barrister involved in a multi-million pound immigration scam involving a bogus college. Several thousand fabricated immigration applications were submitted to the Home Office. The case involved £3,000,000 (three million pounds) being found in suitcases and designer handbags in one bedroom alone. (Southwark Crown Court)
  • R v SR – Conspiracy to Supply Class A and Class B with connections to Dubai, Holland and South America. (Nottingham Crown Court)
  • R v HS – Rape. Case proceeded to trial despite our representations. Judge directed the Prosecution review their stance after the close of the Prosecution case. Not guilty verdict. (Shrewsbury Crown Court)
  • R v RY – £17m pyramid scheme scam. (Bristol Crown Court)
  • R v LS – NHS Fraud by Dentist of over 30 years experience. (Northampton Crown Court)
  • R v SH – 14 defendant Conspiracy to Defraud. Defendants used Gumtree website to target victims. Client avoided custody. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v JB – Joint-enterprise murder involving 7 defendants. Successful acquittal after submission of no case to answer. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v JK – Multiple marital rape allegations. Further to careful preparation of this case and repeated requests of the Prosecution (section 8 disclosure requests), the defence uncovered text messages from the complainant sent at the times of the allegations which undermined her credibility. The Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence and the client, after serving nearly one year on remand, was released. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v KH – Conspiracy to steal. (Leicester Crown Court)
  • R v RI – Driving Instructor fraud. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v NG – Conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. Successfully argued surveillance recordings obtained under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000 were obtained illegally. The CPS could not prove conspiracy after this and the charge was reduced to simple possession. (Leicester Crown Court)
  • R v MB – Historic rape allegations of ex-partner. Complex case which required intermediaries and various experts. (Leicester Crown Court)
  • R v SN/PS – Cheat the Public Revenue offence of failing to pay income tax over a 10 year period. Final figure of non-payment was reduced further to financial enquiries by the defence. (Leicester Crown Court)
  • R v MK – Multi-handed conspiracy to steal motor vehicles from Europe. Substantive enquiries made in Poland, France and with transportation companies included EuroTunnel and P&O Ferries. (Leicester Crown Court)
  • R v SV – Actual Bodily Harm acquittal. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v LM – Sexual offences and fraud. Thousands of pages of mobile and email data requested as part of Unused Material by defence team led by Kally Sahota. Nature of allegation was the Defendant contacted over 200 women asking them to take part in an international gynaecological study. (Birmingham Crown Court)
  • R v GC – Conspiracy to kidnap, Conspiracy to steal and Conspiracy to burgle while purporting to be police officers. (Newcastle Crown Court)
  • R v GS – GBH/False Imprisonment offence. (Isleworth Crown Court)
  • R v GB – Possession with Intent to Supply Class A Cocaine. High purity cocaine. (Carlisle Crown Court.)
  • R v AM – Possession of criminal property. Sophisticated confidence fraud targeting the affluent and elderly. Offenders posed as police officers and used complex methods to transfer funds. (Luton Crown Court)
  • R v FM – Conspiracy to steal alcohol and cash from a bonded warehouse. 3 Defendants purported to be HMRC officers. Case involved the investigation of a serving HMRC officer as ‘props’ such as identity cards, evidence bags and seizure forms were genuine. (Wolverhampton Crown Court)
  • R v LH – Multi-defendant metal theft conspiracy causing loss of £2million to Network Rail. Substantial amount of case paper and telephone evidence served. Prosecution could prove the conspiracy against the client (Newcastle Crown Court)
