I served as a Police Investigator with the Civil Police of the State of São Paulo for 11 years. After resigning from that position, I dedicated my professional career entirely to criminal defense, focusing specifically on representing individuals accused of sexual offenses.
During my tenure in police investigations, I directly participated in numerous investigative procedures involving allegations of this nature. This experience allowed me to understand, from within the criminal justice system itself, the evidentiary weaknesses that often arise in these types of investigations and, above all, the significant number of individuals who end up being prosecuted—and sometimes imprisoned—without the benefit of truly specialized legal defense.
Based on this experience, I directed my entire legal career toward the exclusive defense of individuals accused of crimes against sexual dignity. Currently, my practice focuses exclusively on cases involving allegations of rape, statutory rape (rape of a vulnerable person), sexual harassment, and workplace sexual harassment.
This work is supported by nearly two decades of in-depth study of the subject, the production of legal research and scholarly work, and practical experience accumulated through participation in more than 3,000 police investigations and criminal proceedings related to sexual offenses.
