Initially registered as a sole proprietorship, it was converted into a limited liability company on 17th February 2003 and issued with a certificate to commence business on 18th February 2003. The firm has two main branches – Kumasi and Accra. The Kumasi office is located at Volta Avenue Kumasi next to Georgia Hotel. The Accra office is located at 23 Nii Kwabena Bonnie Crescent, Dzorwulu, Accra. The Firm is made up of 23 Lawyers, the most Senior of whom has over 45 years of practice experience.
