SNG’s expertise includes advice on registration of Trademarks, Brands, Licensing, Assignments, Prosecution and Litigation, including Opposition, Rectification, and Passing Off and Infringement matters (both civil as well as criminal), before High Courts and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).
