The Beginning

SPHAMANDLA MTHETHWA ATTORNEYS is a law firm in Durban it was founded by Siphamandla Mthethwa. Mr S Mthethwa completed his Bachelor of Laws at University of Zulu Land. He then started working at a reputable attorney’s firm in Durban as Candidate Attorney at Sthembiso Mbhele & Associates a firm of attorneys with a rich history of over 17 years. He further received an outstanding performance award in Legal Ethics at the School for Legal Practice (PLT) held at UKZN. He then completed his articles and was admitted as Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa. He is now involved in many projects in society where he contributes his legal expertise.

His goal was to establish a law firm for the people where the public would not feel like a file reference but that a personal relationship between attorney and client would be established. This firm believes that the future holds endless opportunities for both Legal Practitioner and client and that growth will be inevitable.
