The Associated Law Firm was born in the second half of the seventies of the last century, coinciding with the first applications, in the courtrooms, of the Workers' Statute.

The current members of the Firm, despite a profoundly changed legal and social context, proudly claim the choice of field of being "on one side only", assisting only male and female workers and not taking on assignments from employers.

The Firm, which specializes in private and public labor law, social security law and trade union law, has always been a point of reference, in Bologna and throughout the country, for subordinate workers, precarious workers, semi-subordinate workers, for journalists, sales agents and executives.

For these reasons, the Associated Law Firm maintains a consolidated relationship of trust with all the categories of the CGIL, with the Patronato Inca, with the ASER - Emilia-Romagna Press Association (regional section of the FNSI), with AFeVA (Association of Asbestos Victims and Families) , as well as with the new union representatives of the military and police bodies SILME, SIAM, SILCA, SILF, SILP and SINAFI.

The Firm also boasts, among its lawyers, specific expertise in other matters such as civil law, family law and the protection of consumers and savers.

Some of the Firm's professionals are registered in the list of expert lawyers and expert lawyers in labor law and in anti-discrimination matters of the Emilia Romagna Region.

In recent decades, some of the firm's lawyers have provided their advice for relevant and important business crisis management procedures, outsourcing and business transfers, including for companies subject to confiscation or seizure. Finally, the Firm is able to provide assistance in company rescue processes implemented thanks to the establishment of cooperatives by employees (workers buyout).
