Nathalie’s key practice areas are civil and commercial litigation. Her experience ranges from dealing with complex international shareholder disputes to the enforcement of judgments against State Governments and statutory bodies. She is knowledgeable in matters of bankruptcy, winding-up proceedings, basic and complex debt recovery, land disputes and directors’ disputes. She also specializes in contentious and non-contentious probate and estate matters.
Principal Associate Nathalie Annette Kee Xuan Li maintains a comprehensive civil and commercial litigation practice. Her work encompasses high-stakes disputes, including complex shareholder conflicts, corporate recovery, and the enforcement of judgments against a range of entities. She also handles matters of bankruptcy and insolvency, debt recovery, land disputes, and directors' duties. Her expertise extends to contentious and non-contentious probate and estate administration, immigration law advisory, and public interest litigation, with a particular commitment to pro bono work for survivors of domestic violence.
