We specialise in acting for entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and investors. We advise in relation to corporate transactions, banking, financing, commercial contracts and aspects of running and growing a business in the UK. We combine strong technical expertise with a track record in delivering flexible and creative solutions for our clients.
On the corporate law side, we advise on mergers & acquisitions, re-organisations and shareholders' agreements.
We can support you with commercial advice on all aspects of running your business and on your relationships with customers and suppliers.

Hemanth has trained with and worked for Magic Circle and American firms in London and Hong Kong. He has represented a wide variety of clients ranging from large multinationals to small family businesses acquiring and disposing of assets. A small business owner himself, he understands the pressures that many business owners face in terms of time and cost.
