Tim Tanser Consultancy is a Zimbabwean niche law firm based in Harare that concentrates on property and commercial law as well as estate planning and administration. The firm was founded in 2010 after Tim Tanser retired from Scanlen & Holderness, and it has grown from a one person operation to a practice comprising three partners who specialise in property law, commercial law, estate administration and estate planning.

The practice operates from 16 Fleetwood Road, Alexandra Park, Harare, and the firm is regulated by the Law Society of Zimbabwe. It is an active member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, reflecting its commitment to professional standards in property transactions.
