Wills & Estate Planning

At Tremayne Fay Rheinberger we specialise in tailored Estate Planning. Every person is different and each family is different. We recognise this, and it forms the basis of our approach. We take the time to get to know our clients and develop a clear understanding of their intentions, so we get it right. We recognise that Estate Planning is more than just making a Will. It is about ensuring that all your assets and entities are passed onto your beneficiaries the way you wish. We leave no stone unturned.

Clients of the firm receive a comprehensive information pack before they come into our firm, which contains information to consider before making an estate plan, what information you need to bring to your appointment and sets out the way we charge for our legal services. The majority of our work is done on a fixed fee basis. No surprises.

We service a broad range of clients and have the expertise to offer high end succession planning where assets and entities are complex. The firm’s specialist lawyers work on a reasonable pricing structure, making our firm the best choice.

As well as planning for after death, we assist our clients to make sure their family and those they care about are not left in a difficult position if they lose the ability to manage their own affairs or make their own medical choices by putting into place Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardians. These too are tailored documents for each client’s personal circumstances.
