Tribunal Laboral de La Rioja is an autonomous, parity-based labor dispute resolution body created to intervene in individual, plural, or collective employment conflicts through conciliation, mediation and arbitration, delivering swift, straightforward and effective solutions.

It exists as a private foundation formed by the signatories of the Interprofessional Agreement (F.E.R., UGT, and CCOO) with protectorship by the Government of La Rioja, and provides the core mechanisms for resolving labor disputes through conciliation, mediation and arbitration.

Clients can access the Tribunal's services at its Logroño office, located at Avenida Gran Vía Rey Juan Carlos I 54, 26005 Logroño, with public hours from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 14:00, and processes can be initiated through online forms and telematic mediation.
