She has also been working closely with national and international client and regulator on matters relating to data privacy, e-commerce and payment system.
Anish specializes in secured transactions law and commercial law. He has experience in arbitration, foreign investment, M&A, and project finance. He has worked with a number of multinational companies in foreign investment structuring, regulatory compliance, market entry and exit. He has assisted national and international companies in legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, and cross-border lending. He has extensive regulatory knowledge of energy, e-commerce and infrastructure sectors. He is also a teaching faculty of intellectual property law and has a clear understanding of Nepalese legal system on intellectual property.
Diksha specializes in foreign investment laws, corporate law and corporate structuring, hydro power laws, public procurement laws and transactional matters including project finance, drafting of commercial documents. She has been regularly advising domestic and international clients in the stated areas of expertise. She has also advised on the employment related laws especially in association with restructuring of profit and not for profit organization.
Pratistha specializes in labor and tax law. She has been advising numerous NGOs and INGOs on various labor law matters in a routine basis. She drafted the human resource policy for numerous clients including prominent beverage manufacturing company, diplomatic agency as well as INGOs. She has also been assisting clients with regard to tax issues. She has been regularly advising domestic and international clients in the stated areas of expertise.
