He has worked with a number of multinational companies in foreign investment structuring, regulatory compliance, market entry and exit. He has assisted national and international companies in legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, and cross-border lending. He has extensive regulatory knowledge of energy, e-commerce and infrastructure sectors. He is also a teaching faculty of intellectual property law and has a clear understanding of Nepalese legal system on intellectual property.
