Yohanne Dintimille
Holder of a Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning and Construction Law and a Master 2 in Health and Social Protection Law, I practice at the MARTINIQUE Bar.
Before becoming a lawyer, I was keen to gain more professional experience. As a commercial and residential real estate manager, I was able to familiarize myself with rental disputes, the rules governing co-ownership and other various issues such as abnormal neighborhood disturbances, construction disorders, etc.
As a lawyer, I have assisted individuals and businesses in private law disputes in general, relating to family law (divorce, alimony, etc.) and commercial law.
My training and professional experience allow me to demonstrate solid expertise in specific areas.
My professional activity is mainly devoted to personal and family law and real estate law. I also work in criminal law and civil litigation.
I plead before all courts of the judicial order. If you do not know whether your problem falls within one of my areas of expertise, do not hesitate to contact me so that I can inform you or, if necessary, refer you to another colleague.
