Where We’ve Been
Originally founded in 1962 in Jackson, Miss., by James Leon Young and his father, J. Will Young, Young Wells began as Young and Young. Today, over 58 years later, we are known as YoungWells, and we operate out of our primary office in The Township in Ridgeland. Though our name and original location has changed over the years, our commitment to our clients and the way we conduct business ethically remains the same. Let us show you.

Whether we are representing individuals, families, businesses, or Fortune 500 companies, we provide sophisticated, individualized service. It’s important to us that we use our knowledge to represent those on Wall Street or those on Main Street just as effectively. Our pledge is to be a trusted business partner who understands your concerns and goals. It’s what we’ve been doing for over 50 years, and what we know will drive us in the next 50 years.

Litigation
Our attorneys efficiently and effectively protect their clients through aggressive and professional litigation in the courtroom. We attempt to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and non-litigious manner, but we know that litigation of the dispute may be necessary for our clients to protect their business and their personal rights under the law.
Our experience of detailed preparation, previously-learned courtroom skills, an aggressive trial strategy, and an experienced litigator has lead to successful trial outcomes for our clients in the past.
