How to overcome from the work permit application rejection by the MLSS Turkey under article 9-f

In Bangladesh
Last Updated: Dec 31, 2025
I'm a citizen of Bangladesh. I recently applied for a Turkish work permit through a registered employer in Turkey, but unfortunately, the application was rejected under Article F-9 of the Turkish Labour Law. (Employer got informed by the MLSS that I were deported from the Turkey before, wherer I never been to outside of Bangladesh)

I respectfully seek your legal advice and support to understand:
- The exact reason for the rejection (as I have never been to Turkey before)
- Whether I can appeal or reapply
- The legal steps required to resolve this issue

I am willing to provide any documents or declarations needed to support the clarification. If possible, please let me know your consultation process, fees, and how we can proceed remotely from Bangladesh.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your kind response.

Warm regards.

Thank you for reaching out and for setting out the background so clearly. Your situation—particularly a rejection based on an alleged prior deportation despite never having travelled outside Bangladesh—raises serious legal and administrative concerns that warrant proper review. Our Chambers regularly advises on Turkish work permit refusals, MLSS decisions, and cases involving incorrect or erroneous immigration records. We would be able to: Examine the precise legal basis of the refusal under Article F-9; Assess whether the decision is based on incorrect data or mistaken identity; Advise on the prospects of appeal, objection, or reapplication; Guide you through the necessary legal steps, declarations, and supporting evidence. Consultations can be conducted remotely from Bangladesh. To proceed, we would first review the refusal notice and any correspondence from the employer or the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS). Please contact our Chambers directly so that we can outline the consultation process, fees, and next steps.
