Can I sue a supplier in Kinshasa for late delivery and claim lost profits under our contract?

My business paid 70% upfront for imported goods, but the supplier delivered six weeks late and I lost several customer orders. The contract has delivery dates and a penalty clause, but they deny liability. I want to know the best court process and what evidence I need to claim damages.

Yeah, it's possible: Article 258 of the Civil Code relates to duties. For the Peace Court (Tripaix), you should bring the contract or any document showing that you both made a deal, with all evidence of delivery and the breach of this duty or clause.
