If the fee relates to bank accounts, escalate to the Central Bank’s consumer protection/complaints unit. Banks must respond and CBE can force refunds or remedies.
Coordinate a representative civil suit / joined individual claims. Egyptian courts don’t have opt-out class actions, but one or more lead claimants (or a consumer association) can bring a joined/representative case and other victims can intervene or grant POAs to a common lawyer. This is the common route to handle thousands of similar claims.
Evidence you must collect (essentials):
Account statements showing the fees and dates (export CSV/PDF).
Terms & conditions, fee schedules, screenshots of disclosures (or absence).
Copies of complaints sent to the company and any replies (or proof of no reply).
A list (spreadsheet) of affected customers with brief declarations/POAs.
Any internal bank notices or supplier contracts that mention the fee.
