Legal fees for buying a property in Georgia depend on the type of transaction and scope of review:

  1. Standard property purchase (ready apartment or land):
    – EUR 1,250
Covers full legal due diligence, drafting and review of the Sale–Purchase Agreement, representation at the notary, and registration at the Public Registry.
  2. Property under construction (developer agreement):
    – EUR 1,400
Includes detailed review of the developer’s documentation, permits, and guarantees, as well as the buyer’s protection clauses.

All fees are fixed in advance and may be split by milestones — for example, due diligence first, final payment after registration.

Government, notary, and translation fees are charged separately.
