For litigation and dispute-resolution matters in Georgia, professional fees are determined by the complexity of the case, the required level of involvement, and the procedural stage.

Our firm’s standard hourly billing range is USD 150–200, allocated as follows:

USD 150/hour – legal consultation, case review, factual and evidentiary assessment, and development of litigation strategy;

USD 200/hour – court representation, preparation and filing of pleadings, urgent or interim applications, and high-complexity procedural work.

Contingency / percentage-based structure:

In certain cases, fees may be structured on a value-based model, typically from 15% of the claim amount, subject to agreed payment terms and an additional success fee upon obtaining a favorable judgment, enforcement outcome, or settlement.

Fee arrangements are confirmed in advance following an initial assessment of the dispute, the applicable procedural pathway, and anticipated workload.
