Visa refusal appeal

In Ireland
Last Updated: Nov 8, 2025
Hi
I would like to ask advice on a visa refusal we received and would like to appeal. It It was refused as there was no apostille in the documentation and they mixed our wedding certificate with our son's birth certificate We applied under EU treaty rights.. I am working and living in Ireland with our 2-year-old son my husband is Turkish.. We used a company to help us with the visa process but we feel they weren't professional as they should've known about this apostille and we have lost faith in appealing with them therefore we would like to do this with someone else and on the letter, we received it stated we have 15 days to appeal please let me know if you someone could help with this matter.
Thank you.

Hello,

I saw your post about the visa refusal for your husband and I understand how stressful this must be for your family. It sounds like the refusal was based on administrative oversights, such as the missing apostille and the mix-up of your certificates. These types of issues can often be successfully challenged through an appeal, especially since you have a tight 15-day deadline to act. I would be happy to offer you a low-cost consultation via WhatsApp to review your refusal letter and discuss the specific details of your case. We can go over the grounds for appeal and the necessary steps to prepare a strong response.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to arrange a time to talk.
