Advice is required regarding a long-term visa in Italy for retired couple

In Italy

Advice is required regarding a long-term visa in Italy. I am an Israeli citizen, 75 years old, retired, with a capital of about five million dollars. I would like to purchase a residential property in the lake area in northern Italy and I am contacting you to inquire about a long-term visa in Italy. I don't work and I don't need any job or business in Italy. We are a couple without children. I have an average annual income just from investments and trading in the capital market that is much higher than 100 thousand euros. If I request, I can present it according to a procedure that I will be instructed about. I am currently in Italy near Verona and need an advice meeting with a lawyer.
