I’m starting a small online store from home and want to operate legally under my business name. I’m not sure where to register, what documents are needed, or whether I need a trade licence or any other approvals.

Once you are in arrears of rent, most jurisdictions require a 7 days notice to be served on you. It will depend on the State where you reside and whether you are an annual tenant or monthly tenant. In all, it is advisable you settle the rent and the notice will be withdrawn or nullified.
