Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your query. In order for us to best advise you on the next steps, we need your input on the following questions:

1. Quantum & Background

What is the total outstanding sum (RM ___)?

How many invoices are involved, and when were they issued?

2. Contractual Basis

Was there a written contract, purchase order, or quotation accepted in writing?

Did the factory sign off or acknowledge completion of works (e.g. completion certificate, site memo, or WhatsApp/email confirmation)?

3. Reason for Non-Payment

Apart from “late submission,” did the factory raise any dispute about the quality or scope of the works?

4. Evidence & Correspondence

Do you have copies of the contract, invoices, and any payment reminders or email exchanges with the factory?

Once we have obtained the above information from you, we will be able to provide a more complete and accurate advice.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Azmi & Associates
