In Morocco, there is no specific law regulating seasonal rental of residential apartments. Instead, a unified law applies to all types of residential leases. In case of a dispute, the applicable provisions are those stipulated in the contract in force between the landlord and the tenant.
In cases of fraud, a complaint may be filed for the commission of a criminal offense.
