You arrived in New Zealand on 7 April 2023 on a work visa as a health care (caregiver). You have work experience from India, likely linked to a college or institution. But Immigration New Zealand (INZ) did not accept that experience when you applied for an extension. This is unfortunately common, especially if the experience is not formally documented or lacks verifiable certificates. The institution isn’t recognized or accredited. The work was informal (e.g., internships, unregistered jobs). What you can do: Gather better documentation: If possible, try to obtain a reference letter, employment certificate, or affidavit from the college or supervisors who can validate your experience. Use NZ-based work experience: If you've been working since arriving in NZ, your local experience as a caregiver may strengthen your visa renewal.
