If I file for a divorce, will the court ask my husband to pay for damages?
My husband traveled out of the country and neglected me and our 2-year-old daughter for 2 years now, he said he's no longer interested in our marriage which affected me greatly emotionally. This also affected my work It's been two years now and he is not filing for a divorce meanwhile he kept sending monthly allowance to me and our baby but neglected my personal needs He continues to tell me I should move on with my life. If I take the step and file for a divorce, will I be at the losing end?
