I have lived in a house for 16 years. A new house managing agent took over the management, and demand I should sign a new agreement with him. Now, I wrote in the agreement that I am a monthly tenant, but will make payment of twelve months in advance. Add that there will be payment of facilities that is not on the premises, pump of borehole water security personnel which does not exist.

It's better you don't sign it. Just insist that, you want that term that you are a monthly Tenant be amended. Even after amendment, give a Lawyer to peruse for you before you sign. If you need further Legal assistance from a Lawyer? Message me on WhatsApp on +2348184218059
