Land buyer intimidating

Question

I sold land to someone  he paid 1.5m remaining  500000 thousand  i only gave part payment  receipt  to pay up ist week of this year but the buyer did not comply  i called again  he said i should give him a week he still did not pay and other buyers want to buy and I need to settle some bills pending  what do I do

If you can prove you agreed on a deadline for paying the balance, you can refund the buyer and sell the land to someone else.

As I see it, you have three options- You can contact a lawyer to write a letter of demand to him to pay the balance within a period of time, while informing him that the land still belongs to you. Or you can refund his money and resell your land to someone else. Or You can also sell as it is, draft a proper legal document and refund his money from the money you sold the land for. But contact a lawyer immediately to guide you as the situation unfolds.
