ON FRIDAY, I GOT A WHATSAPP MESSAGE FROM A LAWYER STATING that NO RENEWAL (SAID BY THE landlady), THAT A FORMAL NOTICE TO QUIT WILL BE SENT TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE ENTITLE ME, HOW MANY MONTHS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO LEAVE THE SHOP?

It depends on when you would be served the Notice to quit if you are served before the expiration of your yearly tenancy? You are entitled to a six months Notice to quit. But if they serve you after your rent have expired? Then you are entitled to a 7 days owner's intention to recover possession and Nothing more.
