I'm planning to start a charity focused on education. What documents, board composition, and timelines does CAC require, and how long does registration typically take?

You need to register an Incorporated Trustee with Corporate Affairs Commission to acheive this. Documents needed are means of identification the other documents can be provided by your Lawyer. You need at least two people for this to be registered. You can either call me or send me a direct message, do not create a lead if you need to ask any further questions or meet the nearest lawyer to you. I hope this helps.
