I have lived in Lahore for more than 10 years, but my address on CNIC is Gujrat, both temporary and permanent. I urgently need a domicile. Where can I make my domicile, or can I make my domicile in Gujrat from Lahore? And If I go to Gujrat to make my domicile, which documents are required? Is the utility bill important for making domicile?
