How to Create Trust in Pakistan.
STEP 1 — Stamp Duty Payment
Stamp duty is paid according to "Punjab Stamp Act". For trust deeds, it is generally "fixed and nominal".
STEP 2 — Trust Registration with Sub-Registrar
