Can I get my maternity delivery all expenses from my husband? He send me to Pakistan from London for my delivery and recovery.

I was living in London with my husband. But then after 1 year I got pregnant and then my husband send me to Pakistan without my concerned for my delivery and recovery. And didn't told me when he will call me back. Now, he is not communicating with me and also not sending me amount for my delivery and other expenses. After my delivery I want my all delivery expenses amount from my husband.
