Can my Husband take away my son's custody while he gave me divorce during pregnancy
My husband is in Spain. We got married on 14 Feb in Pakistan. I conceived a boy in March. Husband went back to Spain on 4th May. I came to my father's house for one month. But after 10 days, some clashes occurred between me and him, and our families got involved in this too. After some arguments, my husband decided to divorce me. I begged him many times, but he is not listening to me. Now I am in the 8th month of pregnancy. He did not give me any expenses from the 4th month of pregnancy till now, and will not give even after the birth. i also don't want to take any. Now my question is, as my husband said that he will give me our son on divorce papers.... so after 7 or many years, can my husband ever take away my son's custody from me through court? Although he did not bear any expenses of the child pre- and post-pregnancy. I don't want to use his name as my son's father. Is it possible?

Well , father is a natural guardian of minor, he can claim any time his son custody , but for the safe side better to apply for guardianship also interim custody of minor with that direction that donot snatch the custody of minor from mother , well it was a legal solution and only secure legal solution,
now come to the query, this thing or fact give your case a leverage that being as a father, he didn't pay you and his minor son any maintenance ,
so minor is in safe hands , and welfare of minor rely on you as well
if he is not paying you maintenance then you also not ask for it , so you can't use this strategy for so longer , although you cannot change minor's father name in any manner ,
