Question

My husband work of Japanese car. Buy from importer and sold to dealer [name removed] on cradit. He sold 8 cars to dealer [name removed] with no issue but last 2 cars [name removed] took the car and pay no payment it was about 1 and half years ago. My husband go to plice station with complaint and submit FIR on [name removed]. But [name removed] get bail and nothing proceed case. We are a middle class family. All saving finish. All investment on 2 car which payment not received. No money to hired any lawyer. What we do in our case. Plz guide

Please note that criminal case do not usually result in recovery of an amount that is payable, it only serves to punish the offense. Depending on the situation, you must file a civil case for recovery, as soon as possible. You have mentioned that the matter is old, you must consider that civil cases should be filed within the period of limitation, otherwise the remedy is barred.
