How do I register a charity in Pakistan and get tax exemption for donations?

Fine, better to go for non profitable organization, I have worked with trust and NPO as well, I have already issued their tax exemption certificate for three years from FBR, also submit their PCP registeration.

Step 1: There are 3 options to register a charity: 1) Section 42 company with the SECP; 2) registration as a Society (the easiest); 3) registration as a trust. Step 2: After registration an application is made to the Pakistan Centre of Philantrophy. Step 3: Registration with Sindh/Punjab charities commission. Step 4: Obtaining a tax exemption certificate.
