My issue is
I am working in a private financial services company since 2017
Now my company is shifting on AI automation and due to this reason they are terminating employee without any benefits (compensation) or someone give 1-3 salaries
My question is are Pakistani law allowed them they terminating employee on this benefits
Or old employees who work 9-10 years they challenge this decision or get more benefits or compensation of termination
Pls guide me
