Under Pakistani law, a Muslim wife of a Pakistani man is eligible to apply for Pakistani citizenship on the basis of her marriage (Section 10, Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951). In this case, the husband holds dual Pakistani and US citizenship, and the wife, formerly an Indian citizen, is now a US citizen. Since she is Muslim and married to a Pakistani man, she qualifies to apply. The application generally requires documents such as the marriage certificate, the husband’s Pakistani CNIC or passport, the wife’s passport, and other standard documents, and can be submitted through the Ministry of Interior or the Pakistani embassy.

Yes, your wife is eligible for Pakistani citizenship under the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951.
Legal Basis: Under Section 10(2) of the Act, a foreign woman married to a Pakistani citizen is entitled to be registered as a citizen of Pakistan.
Indian Origin: Since she was an Indian citizen, she will need to provide a Renunciation Certificate of her Indian nationality along with her US passport details.
Process: The application (Form F) must be submitted to the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGIP) or through the relevant Home Department.
