My situation is as follows:
Wife: Slovak citizen.
Husband: Pakistani national.
Marriage: Concluded in Pakistan; currently holds an original Pakistani marriage certificate with an apostille.
Our goal is to register this marriage in the Slovak Special Registry (Osobitná matrika) to obtain a Slovak Marriage Certificate, which is a required document for my upcoming D-visa/residence application.
Given that I am currently outside of Slovakia, I would like to appoint your firm to act on our behalf via a Power of Attorney (POA). Could you please provide information on:
The exact process and the steps required to authorize you to act as our proxy.
The estimated timeline for the registration process once you receive the documents.
Your estimated service fees for this specific registration task.
Please let me know what documents you need from us to begin. We are looking to proceed as quickly as possible
