How do I transfer a Panama commercial licence to a new owner after selling my shop?

1) if the commercial license is under a company you need to make all the changes first in the public register and then change the license in the ministry of commerce. Also need to change the user in panama emprende.
2) If the commercial license is just under a personal register you only need to change the information and user in panama emprende.
3) Beside that, you need to check how is the status in the city hall and DGI taxes, just to avoid pending payments.
