Can I be sued for libel/ defamation?

Last January 5, we booked a 4-day hotel accommodation in Agoda. Information and amenities were posted in Agoda and it was clearly stated that they allow pets (we have screenshots). When my partner arrived, they refused to accept us because they provided the wrong information to Agoda. They offered a cash refund but no compensation which we accepted after hours of being pressured to leave. We accepted the money since we also need to book new accommodation. We also reported this to Agoda just so they can be made aware of what happened to us since we booked through their site. Agoda canceled the booking and initiated a refund and the hotel staff now is harassing my partner to return the money. They were blocking him from leaving because they wanted the money returned. In our defense, we need the money because we need to book a new accommodation and Agoda's refund policy is 30-45 days and we don't have time to wait for that when we have a situation we need to address. We told them to coordinate with Agoda instead and block the refund since we received the cash refund from them already. We also showed them our bank statement to prove we don't have the money yet from Agoda. After 4 hours they let my partner leave. We posted a long review about our experience on their page which they responded accusing us of gaining from them and accepting two refunds at the same time. I have been trying to prove my point and reacting and commenting on their posts. I created dummy accounts since they blocked my main account. I was really angry in my review and tried to prove that we were harassed and that the owner showed no empathy to us knowing we commuted to their place with all our bags and our dog. I have since deleted everything and left a private message to them saying I'd deem it as if they apologized to me and let them know I deleted my post. To clarify, I used a dummy account to post the review but they named my partner in their comment. Will they be able to sue us for defamation?

Yes, It is possible to be sued for defamation. Portraying of false information to slander or destroy one's name or reputation is a cause for filing for a lawsuit
