Do I need a judicial proceedings if there are 3 corrections in my certificate of birth:
1. My name was spelled separately instead of one word only

The spelling of your first name can be corrected administratively, since it is clearly a clerical error only, meaning you don't have to go to court and get a court order for the error to be rectified. However, since the error in your record of birth also include and erroneous year, the said error is substantial and can be corrected only through a court order and therefore requires a judicial process.
