You may register as a non-stock, non-profit corporation with the SEC. Within thirty days from the issuance of your certificate of incorporation with the SEC, you should also register with the BIR. Registering with BIR and PCNC will ensure that those who donate to your organization will be able to avail themselves of the tax benefits of donating to a registered donee institution.
