Good day. Annulment fees are not always required to be paid in full at once. In many cases, the total professional fee (for example around ₱200,000) may be paid in installments depending on the agreement with the lawyer or law office handling the case. Please note that annulment cases also involve other expenses, such as court filing fees, psychological evaluation (if required), and other related costs. Since every case is different, it would be best for us to discuss your situation in detail, including the possible grounds for annulment and the payment arrangements. We recommend that you contact or visit our office as soon as possible for a consultation so we can properly evaluate your case and explain the process to you.
