Transfer little business to Philippines

In Philippines

Last Updated: Jan 27, 2025

Hello, I am in Germany and would like to move to the Philippines in a few years. I have an apartment there as an investment and am currently running a part-time T-shirt print-on-demand business, which earns me around €500 per month. Unfortunately, there is not much left over due to taxes. My idea was to transfer my business to my friend in the Philippines. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to have my own business there - right? Since I have no sales and income in the Philippines, I think the territorial tax applies and you wouldn't have to pay tax on the business there. I would continue to manage everything, the person would just give his name. Is this all possible?

You can do the same in Macedonia even the taxes are the lowest in Europe (and in EU), you can also be the owner and manager of your company registered in Macedonia without living in Macedonia.
If you want me to introduce you in more detail to the conditions for registering a company in Macedonia, contact me directly
