Transfer little business to Philippines
Hello, I am in Germany and would like to move to the Philippines in a few years. I have an apartment there as an investment and am currently running a part-time T-shirt print-on-demand business, which earns me around €500 per month. Unfortunately, there is not much left over due to taxes. My idea was to transfer my business to my friend in the Philippines. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to have my own business there - right? Since I have no sales and income in the Philippines, I think the territorial tax applies and you wouldn't have to pay tax on the business there. I would continue to manage everything, the person would just give his name. Is this all possible?
