How to register nikkah in saudiarabia?

Hello, I want to know some details from you. Can you tell me? As i want to ask you here about the marriage process. Actually, the situation is that I am a Saudi resident, Iqama holder, and the person I am going to marry is a US green card holder. They want to come to Saudi Arabia to conduct the nikkah here around dec 2025 . As i find out that we also need an approval. What are the legal and accurate procedure. And since later we also need to apply for a US visa, I need to have my marriage registered here. So I want to know the procedure for nikkah registration here."
