Dear Sir,
Thank you for your inquiry.
In situations like this, it is sometimes possible to submit a medical report issued by a government or licensed private hospital confirming your wife’s medical condition, the scheduled surgery, and her need for post-operative care and assistance. This report may be used to support a request for an exceptional extension of your mother-in-law’s visit visa.
However, please note that approval of such requests is entirely at the discretion of the relevant Saudi authorities, especially if there is a general directive requiring certain visitors to depart by a specific date. Each case is assessed individually, and there is no automatic guarantee of approval.
You may consider submitting the medical report along with a formal request through the appropriate official channels (such as Absher or by visiting the relevant office, if applicable).
If you would like a detailed legal review of the case and assistance with preparing a formal request, we would be happy to support you.
Wishing your wife a successful surgery and a smooth recovery.
