I bought a demo on 26/08/25 and the dealer won't help

[company removed] sold me a demo car that started giving problems within a month. I’ve been back to the dealership many times with no help. I raised the issue with [company removed] and [company removed], but they say I signed the delivery note so they can’t assist me. They insist the note is dated 27/08/25, but I was at work that day. I signed the contract on 26/08/25, and the next day they told me to collect the car after a report. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. The car continues to have issues; they took it for two days and called me to collect it without fixing anything. I can’t get them to provide the Dekra report, and they insist I signed a delivery note with a signature that isn’t mine. I’ve escalated the matter to MiOsa because the bank and [company removed] believe the dealership, so now I’m paying for a faulty car.

Hello and respectful greetings,

Your situation sounds very stressful, and it appears to involve several serious issues: a demonstrator vehicle that developed problems almost immediately, a disputed delivery note (with a date and signature you say are not yours), difficulty obtaining the Dekra report, and the bank and company preferring to rely on the dealership’s version. These are the kinds of matters where the exact documents, dates, and messages are extremely important for building a strong case and for presenting your complaint effectively to MiOsa, the bank, or any other authority.

Because the best way to assist you is to go through your paperwork step by step (contract, delivery note, WhatsApp or email messages, repair records, MiOsa correspondence, etc.), it is difficult to give you complete advice in a short public answer. If you would like focused help at a low cost, you are welcome to contact me via WhatsApp for a written consultation. There, we can carefully review your documents, prepare a clear timeline, and discuss practical next steps you can take to protect your rights and push for a proper remedy regarding the faulty car.

Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp (you can find my contact details in my profile / or message me for my number), and we can start with a brief, affordable consultation tailored to your case.
